Ingredients
- 8 Discs Parma ham
- 50 g Roasted pine nuts
- 0,5 bunch Arugula
- 1 tbsp Freshly grated Parmesan
- 8 Blanched chives
- 2 tbsp Creme di balsamic vinegar
- Salt pepper
Instructions
- Wash arugula, shake dry and finely chop.
- Chop the pine nuts.
- Slice the Parmesan into fine strips.
- Prepare a filling from finely chopped rocket, chopped pine nuts and Parmesan strips, season with salt and pepper and flavor with creme di balsamico.
- Spread out the ham and place a dollop of the filling on top of the ham.
- Then pull them up to the bag and tie together with blanched chives.
