Filled Parma Ham Bags

The perfect filled parma ham bags recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Discs Parma ham
  • 50 g Roasted pine nuts
  • 0,5 bunch Arugula
  • 1 tbsp Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 8 Blanched chives
  • 2 tbsp Creme di balsamic vinegar
  • Salt pepper
  1. Wash arugula, shake dry and finely chop.
  2. Chop the pine nuts.
  3. Slice the Parmesan into fine strips.
  4. Prepare a filling from finely chopped rocket, chopped pine nuts and Parmesan strips, season with salt and pepper and flavor with creme di balsamico.
  5. Spread out the ham and place a dollop of the filling on top of the ham.
  6. Then pull them up to the bag and tie together with blanched chives.
