Filled Parma Ham Bags

Ingredients
 

  • 8 Discs Parma ham
  • 50 g Roasted pine nuts
  • 0,5 bunch Arugula
  • 1 tbsp Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 8 Blanched chives
  • 2 tbsp Creme di balsamic vinegar
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash arugula, shake dry and finely chop.
  • Chop the pine nuts.
  • Slice the Parmesan into fine strips.
  • Prepare a filling from finely chopped rocket, chopped pine nuts and Parmesan strips, season with salt and pepper and flavor with creme di balsamico.
  • Spread out the ham and place a dollop of the filling on top of the ham.
  • Then pull them up to the bag and tie together with blanched chives.
