Russian Cheese Ham Bags

The perfect russian cheese ham bags recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 glass Kefir
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 glass Ger. Cheese
  • 2 glass Flour
  • 1 glass Sausage e.g. ham
  1. Mix the kefir, salt, sugar, baking powder and add the cheese and flour. Mix everything together nicely and form small balls and roll them out with a rolling pin. Shape circles and fill with e.g. ham sausage and curd cheese. Fry in the pan with oil for about 10 minutes! I got 9 pieces
