- 250 g Quark 40% fat
- 3 Eggs
- 60 g Semolina
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 Can Mango preserve drained – approx 250g
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, grease the loaf pan well with butter.
