Omelette with Kick

The perfect omelette with kick recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 150 g Brown mushroom
  • 1 piece Medium onion
  • 1 piece Tomato
  • 3 piece Hot peppers
  • 1 disc Cooked ham
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 pinch Freshly chopped chives, or frozen
  • 1 pinch Finely chopped parsley, or frozen
  • 2 sheet Chinese cabbage
  1. Put the eggs in a small bowl, cut the ham, tomatoes and onions into small cubes and add to the eggs. Add salt and pepper and mix with a whisk. Heat the pan with a small piece of butter and add the contents of the bowl, distribute in a circle. After about 3 minutes at full heat, take a look below and determine the degree of browning depending on your taste. In the meantime, cut the mushrooms into slices and the peppers into about 1cm. Cut large pieces, cut the Chinese cabbage into thin strips. Now remove the omelette from the pan and place it on the plate. Put another small piece of butter in the pan and let the mushrooms, Chinese cabbage and peppers simmer for about 2 minutes while constantly turning. Now put on the omelette, fold it up and you’re done.
