Omelette

The perfect omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 100 Milliliters Low fat milk
  • 2 teaspoon Parmesan fresh
  • 1 piece Fresh tomato
  • 1 piece Fresh shallot
  • 1 disc Boiled ham
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon Margarine
  • Chives fresh
  1. Remove the stalk and seeds from the tomato, then cut into small cubes. Also cut the shallot (or onion) and the cooked ham into small cubes. Grate the Parmesan.
  2. Whisk eggs and milk, add the Parmesan, a little salt and pepper and stir vigorously again.
  3. Heat the margarine in a pan and add the egg-milk mixture. Add the diced tomatoes, shallots and diced ham. Cover with a lid and “fry” for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Wait until everything is stuck. (If you want, you can turn it around once, NO MUST !!)
  4. Remove from the pan and serve with fresh chives.
