Ingredients
 

  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 ml Low fat milk
  • 2 tsp Parmesan fresh
  • 1 Fresh tomato
  • 1 Fresh shallot
  • 1 slice Boiled ham
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Margarine
  • Chives fresh

Instructions
 

  • Remove the stalk and seeds from the tomato, then cut into small cubes. Also cut the shallot (or onion) and the cooked ham into small cubes. Grate the Parmesan.
  • Whisk eggs and milk, add the Parmesan, a little salt and pepper and stir vigorously again.
  • Heat the margarine in a pan and add the egg-milk mixture. Add the diced tomatoes, shallots and diced ham. Cover with a lid and "fry" for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Wait until everything is stuck. (If you want, you can turn it around once, NO MUST !!)
  • Remove from the pan and serve with fresh chives.
