Omelette
The perfect omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Eggs
- 100 Milliliters Low fat milk
- 2 teaspoon Parmesan fresh
- 1 piece Fresh tomato
- 1 piece Fresh shallot
- 1 disc Boiled ham
- 1 pinch Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 1 teaspoon Margarine
- Chives fresh
- Remove the stalk and seeds from the tomato, then cut into small cubes. Also cut the shallot (or onion) and the cooked ham into small cubes. Grate the Parmesan.
- Whisk eggs and milk, add the Parmesan, a little salt and pepper and stir vigorously again.
- Heat the margarine in a pan and add the egg-milk mixture. Add the diced tomatoes, shallots and diced ham. Cover with a lid and “fry” for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Wait until everything is stuck. (If you want, you can turn it around once, NO MUST !!)
- Remove from the pan and serve with fresh chives.
