Spinach Soup

The perfect spinach soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 liter Meatsoup
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 piece Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 piece Organic egg yolks
  • 125 ml Cream
  1. Melt the butter in a pan and sweat the flour in it until it is light yellow. Pour in the cold broth slowly, stirring constantly. Clean, wash and finely chop the spinach, then stir into the soup with the finely chopped Knofi. Cook for 10 minutes and season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg and sugar.
  2. Remove the soup from the stove. Whisk the egg yolks and cream together and stir into the soup. If necessary, season again.
