Meat: Sliced pork with Chicory
The perfect meat: sliced pork with chicory recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1200 g Pork neck
- Oil
- 400 g Fresh chicory
- 250 g Mushrooms brown
- 1 Onion red
- 3 teaspoon Vegetable broth powder
- 500 ml Rama Cremefine
- Salt
- Colorful pepper
- Chopped basil
- Cut the meat into slices and then into strips
- Remove the bitter stalk from the chicoree … and cut into wide strips
- Clean the champinons and cut them into slices
- Peel the onion … cut into small cubes
- Heat the oil in the pan …. Sauté the champis and chicory for about 10 minutes …
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan ….. sauté the onions …. add the meat …. fry …….
- Sprinkle the broth over it ….. enough meat juice has formed :)))) then only pepper vigorously
- Add the fine cream …… let simmer for approx. 30 minutes
- Now the champis can be folded in with the chicory …..
- Season to taste again …… with pepper and salt …
- Stir in the basil ….
- Goes with rice or or noodles
