Ingredients
 

  • 700 g Turkey breast
  • 500 ml Chicken broth
  • 0,5 cup Sour cream
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 5 tbsp Mustard medium hot
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Thyme
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Flour

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  • Steam the onion in a little oil until translucent. Then add the diced meat and fry vigorously. Then dust with flour and pour the broth on top.
  • Add honey, mustard, tomato paste and sour cream, season with paprika powder, thyme, salt and pepper.
  • Let it simmer until the sour cream has melted completely and a nice sauce has formed. Goes well with rice.
