Ingredients
- 700 g Turkey breast
- 500 ml Chicken broth
- 0,5 cup Sour cream
- 2 Onions
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 5 tbsp Mustard medium hot
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- Thyme
- Sweet paprika powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Flour
Instructions
- Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
- Steam the onion in a little oil until translucent. Then add the diced meat and fry vigorously. Then dust with flour and pour the broth on top.
- Add honey, mustard, tomato paste and sour cream, season with paprika powder, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Let it simmer until the sour cream has melted completely and a nice sauce has formed. Goes well with rice.
