Ingredients
- 1 packet Bell pepper mix
- 300 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 chopped Onion
- 2 Free range eggs
- Himalayan salt
- Bengal pepper
- 50 g Crushed corn flakes
- 1 cup Homemade vegetable broth
Instructions
- Wash the peppers, cut open all around the stems and remove the seeds.
- Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the chopped onion, mix in the crushed corn flakes and stir in the eggs and then salt and pepper to season everything.
- Then put the minced dough in the peppers and sear all over in a pan. Then place in a baking dish, add the vegetable stock, cover and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour. Anyone can refine the sauce according to their wishes.
