Fried Onion Butter

  • 125 g Butter, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Apple juice
  • 3 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp Roasted onions
  • 1 tbsp Lard or crackling lard
  • 1 tbsp Sliced ​​spring onion
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 Msp Sea salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper, colored
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese, grained
  • 1 tsp Marjoram

Prepare:

  1. The butter should be at room temperature and stir frothy beforehand. Chop the onions, herbs and spices, yogurt and apple juice in a food processor.
