  • 500 g Frozen Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 30 g Herb butter
  • Salt
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  1. Cook the Brussels sprouts according to the instructions on the packet, then drain and drain well.
  1. Melt the herb butter in a pan over medium heat. Peel the garlic, cut in half and place in the pan with the cut surface facing down and toss a little. Then remove the garlic.
