Side Dish Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts fresh
  • 1 Onion
  • 50 g Ham cubes
  • 150 Milliliters Rama Cremefine 15%
  • Rama Culinesse
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Clean and halve the Brussels sprouts. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and pre-cook the Brussels sprouts in it. Wash and chop the parsley. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  • Put some Rama Culinesse in a pan and sweat the onion and ham in it. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook with them. Season everything with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Add the chopped parsley. Add the Rama Cremefine, mix briefly and simmer over low heat. The Brussels sprouts should still have some bite. There was also potatoes and fresh sausage.
