Side Dish Brussels Sprouts

- 500 g Brussels sprouts fresh
- 1 Onion
- 50 g Ham cubes
- 150 Milliliters Rama Cremefine 15%
- Rama Culinesse
- Nutmeg
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Chopped parsley
- Clean and halve the Brussels sprouts. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and pre-cook the Brussels sprouts in it. Wash and chop the parsley. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
- Put some Rama Culinesse in a pan and sweat the onion and ham in it. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook with them. Season everything with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Add the chopped parsley. Add the Rama Cremefine, mix briefly and simmer over low heat. The Brussels sprouts should still have some bite. There was also potatoes and fresh sausage.
