Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Frozen Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 30 g Herb butter
  • Salt
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Brussels sprouts according to the instructions on the packet, then drain and drain well.
  • Melt the herb butter in a pan over medium heat. Peel the garlic, cut in half and place in the pan with the cut surface facing down and toss a little. Then remove the garlic. Add breadcrumbs and fry briefly. Add Brussels sprouts and fry over moderate heat until the Brussels sprouts have a light crust and are coated with breadcrumbs. Season to taste with a little salt and nutmeg.
  • You can also add a little olive oil to the pan in addition to the herb butter. The amount of breadcrumbs can also be varied or even omitted entirely.
