Purple Brussels Sprouts As Side Dish

- 200 g Brussels sprouts purple
- 0,5 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1,5 tbsp Agave syrup
- 3 tbsp Raspberry vinegar
- 2 pinch Salt
- 0,25 tsp Ground vanilla
- Oil
- Remove the end of the stalk from the cabbage and remove the outer leaves. Cut into 3-4 slices.
- Heat the chili flakes in a little oil in a pan and add Brussels sprouts. Fry for about 4 minutes over medium heat. Then add the agave syrup and let it caramelize. Add vinegar and let it simmer with the lid on over a low heat.
- Add vanilla and season with salt.
