Purple Brussels Sprouts As Side Dish

The perfect purple brussels sprouts as side dish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Brussels sprouts purple
  • 0,5 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1,5 tbsp Agave syrup
  • 3 tbsp Raspberry vinegar
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 0,25 tsp Ground vanilla
  • Oil
  1. Remove the end of the stalk from the cabbage and remove the outer leaves. Cut into 3-4 slices.
  1. Heat the chili flakes in a little oil in a pan and add Brussels sprouts. Fry for about 4 minutes over medium heat. Then add the agave syrup and let it caramelize. Add vinegar and let it simmer with the lid on over a low heat.
  1. Add vanilla and season with salt.
