- 150 g Hacked
- 6 Fresh mushrooms
- 1,5 Red pointed bell pepper
- 0,5 Processed cheese
- 4 Jacket potatoes
- 50 ml Cream
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Onion
- 0,5 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Vegetable broth
- 1 Hot peppers
- 1 Lettuce heart
- 3 Discs Sliced cheese, cold cuts

- Clean and halve the mushrooms, clean the bell pepper and cut into pieces. Peel the onion and finely dice. Peel and chop the garlic. Roast all the ingredients (only half of the paprika) with the minced meat in the pan, add a little vegetable stock and simmer until soft is very quick … so 5-7 min.
- Now add the cream and cheese and let it melt in. Peel the jacket potatoes and cut into cubes. Spread the diced paprika on a flat baking dish, pour over the sauce, brush with crème fraîche and top with the cheese slices
- Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes, remove the aluminum foil after about 15 minutes and let the cheese brown. Serve the whole thing with a delicious salad.
