Greek Cheese Triangles

- 200 g Crumbled feta
- 100 g Quark lean
- 50 g Grated Emmental
- 1 piece Egg
- 375 g Puff pastry
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
- Make a mixture from all the ingredients except the puff pastry. Cut squares of about 5cmx5cm from the puff pastry and pull out to about 7cm. Then put a well-heaped tablespoon of filling on top, close and press down. Bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. The cheese wedges are delicious hot and can also be eaten cold.
