Greek Cheese Triangles

The perfect greek cheese triangles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Crumbled feta
  • 100 g Quark lean
  • 50 g Grated Emmental
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 375 g Puff pastry
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  1. Make a mixture from all the ingredients except the puff pastry. Cut squares of about 5cmx5cm from the puff pastry and pull out to about 7cm. Then put a well-heaped tablespoon of filling on top, close and press down. Bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. The cheese wedges are delicious hot and can also be eaten cold.
