Greek Salad with Sweet Snack Peppers and Feta Cheese

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Sweet snack peppers
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Hot peppers
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Dill

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix well with the dill, garlic, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil to make a dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Wash, dry and cut the salad into small pieces. Wash the cucumber well, quarter it and cut into 1cm thick slices. Cut the onions into thin half rings. Wash, core and cut the sweet snack peppers. Put the vegetables in the dressing.
  • Drain the feta cheese well, cut into cubes and pour over the salad. Mix well, garnish with pickled peppers and serve.
  • If you like, you can add black olives that have been halved.
