Ingredients
- 4 Fresh tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Fresh onion
- Pickled olives
- 50 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- Oregano
- Salt and pepper
- 250 Pickled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Wash the tomatoes and cucumber. Cut the tomatoes into thin wedges, thinly slice the cucumber, and cut the onion into small rings. Put everything in a salad bowl and mix with the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, spread the olives on top and garnish with oregano. Halve it and bread it with the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a pan on the highest setting, carefully fry the cheese on all sides. And serve with the salad.
