Tiropitákia – Greek Cheese Triangles

  • 4 leaves Filo pastry
  • 100 g Sheep cheese
  • 50 g Gruyere; Originally: Kasar cheese
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Dill
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 70 g Butter
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  1. Grate the Greerzer, chop the sheep’s cheese and chop the herbs. Mix the egg, oil, both types of cheese, spices and herbs together.
