Chocolate Almond Muffin

The perfect chocolate almond muffin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Flour
  • 100 g Ground almonds
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 150 g Melted butter
  • 60 g Dark chocolate
  • 40 ml Amaretto
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, grease the muffin tin or line it with paper or silicone molds
  1. Mix the flour, almonds, baking powder, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the chocolate and stir until it has melted too. When the melt has cooled down (around body temperature) stir in the eggs and amaretto.
  1. Stir in the remaining ingredients and distribute evenly on the muffin tins. Makes about 12 muffins. Bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on the oven. After baking, let it rest for 5 minutes and then leave to cool on a wire rack
