Vermicelli with Poultry Sausage

The perfect vermicelli with poultry sausage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Poultry sausage
  • 2 Piece Carrots
  • 1 Piece Parsnip
  • 0,5 pole Leek
  • 1 disc Celery
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 pinch Chilli flakes
  • 250 g Vermicelli
  1. Clean the vegetables and cut them into unjust pieces. Put on a saucepan with 2 liters of salted water and cook the vegetables. Cut the poultry sausage into small cubes and toast with the oil in the pan. Sprinkle with chilli flakes and set aside. Pour the vermicelli and poultry sausage into the cooked vegetables and simmer on a low heat for approx. 8 minutes until the noodles have the desired consistency. Put everything on the plates, sprinkle with freshly peeled parsley and serve.
