Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta of your choice
- 150 g Diced poultry sausage
- 1 Diced carrots
- 1 Diced onion
- 2 Toes from the garlic

- 250 ml Strained tomatoes
- 125 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper
- Sambal Oelek
- Crushed red pepper
- Basil
- 2 tablespoon Grana Padano Parmesan
Instructions
- First, cook the pasta of your choice in boiling salted water until soft.
- Peel and dice the meat sausage onion garlic and the carrot, heat the oil in the pan and fry everything quickly.
