Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Pasta of your choice
  • 150 g Diced poultry sausage
  • 1 Diced carrots
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 2 Toes from the garlic
  • 3 tablespoon Peas
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 250 ml Strained tomatoes
  • 125 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sambal Oelek
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Basil
  • 2 tablespoon Grana Padano Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • First, cook the pasta of your choice in boiling salted water until soft.
  • Peel and dice the meat sausage onion garlic and the carrot, heat the oil in the pan and fry everything quickly. Add the peas and pour the broth and tomato concentrate and simmer for 10 minutes Oelek spiced a little bit more hotly. Finally, stir in the chopped fresh tomato pieces and add the basil leaves.
