- 3 Pc. Poultry sausage
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 6 Pc. Puff pastry small parts
- 1 Pc. Egg yolk
- 6 tsp Fruit jam
- 6 tsp Tomato ketchup
- Fry the sausages in a little vegetable oil until golden brown ….. and let them cool down a little …
- Thaw and spread the puff pastry ….. brush the edges with egg yolk …
- preheat the oven to 200 degrees ……
- Halve the sausages and distribute them over the pieces …..
- Put some ketchup and the jam on each sausage … I used my onion jam myself …..
- Fold into pockets and press the edges on, this is best done with a fork …… brush with the rest of the egg yolk …..
- Place on baking paper and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes ……
