Power Wraps with Vegetables
The perfect power wraps with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 40 g Flour
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 piece Egg
- Cucumber fresh
- Iceberg lettuce fresh
- Red peppers
- Cream cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Some aluminum foil
Sufficient for 2 wraps, otherwise double the amount
- Mix the flour, milk and egg with a whisk and whisk gently.
- Clean the vegetables, peel them (if necessary) and cut them finely.
- Fry the dough in a non-stick pan with a little butter or oil. Turn over carefully, the dough is very fluffy and fine. Always wait until the top is bushed before you start turning. Then place on aluminum foil.
- Brush the wrap with cream cheese. I always prefer buttermilk or yogurt cream cheese. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper and spread the vegetables on top. Then roll it up from one side and twist it into the aluminum foil. Screw in one end and tear off the other end of the aluminum foil up to the wrap.
