Vegan: Vegetable Bolognese with Pasta Mix and Salad

The perfect vegan: vegetable bolognese with pasta mix and salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the vegetable bolognese

  • 5 tbsp Organic soy flakes
  • 1 shot Organic tamari
  • 1 piece Carrot
  • 1 piece Parsley root
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 shot Olive oil
  • 1 packet Sieved tomatos
  • 1 packet Salt and pepper
  • 1 packet Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 packet Sugar

For the salad

  • 1 piece Roman Salad Heart
  • 1 tbsp Gomasio * sesame
  • Orange oil
  • Calamanci – mandarin vinegar

Noodle mix

  • 3 rest Lasagne sheets
  • 3 rest Spelled ribbon noodles
  • 3 rest Wholemeal spelled semolina pasta
  • Salt
  • Water

The vegetable bolognese

  1. Put the soy flakes in a bowl and drizzle with the tamaris sauce and let stand for about 30 minutes, stirring every now and then.
  2. Peel the carrots, parsley root and onion and cut into very small cubes. Now put the vegetables in a pan, add a dash of olive oil and fry lightly.
  3. When the vegetables are seared, add the soy flakes and fry everything together well, seasoning is not necessary, the tamaris sauce is a seasoning sauce (soy sauce).
