Vegan: Fruit / Vegetable Salad with Coconut Oil and Coconut Blossom Syrup

  • 0,5 piece Kohlrabi
  • 1 piece Carrot
  • 1 piece Apple
  • 1 piece Pear
  • 2 tbsp Coconut blossom syrup
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  1. Peel all fruit and vegetables, wash and roughly grate if necessary.
  2. Put everything in a bowl. Mix with the coconut blossom syrup.
  3. The coconut oil is rather solid at room temperature, I put it in an enamel cup and briefly put it in the oven … there it becomes soft … then it comes to the salad, mix everything well and let it steep … .. tastes very good and coconut oil is also very healthy.
  4. The salad was served with the vegetable casserole 😉
