Ingredients
- 0,5 piece Kohlrabi
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Apple
- 1 piece Pear
- 2 tbsp Coconut blossom syrup
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
Instructions
- Peel all fruit and vegetables, wash and roughly grate if necessary.
- Put everything in a bowl. Mix with the coconut blossom syrup.
- The coconut oil is rather solid at room temperature, I put it in an enamel cup and briefly put it in the oven ... there it becomes soft ... then it comes to the salad, mix everything well and let it steep ... .. tastes very good and coconut oil is also very healthy.
- The salad was served with the vegetable casserole 😉
