Ingredients
- 100 g Wheat flour type 405
- 100 g Whole wheat flour
- 70 g Wholemeal rye flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp Dry yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 35 g Sunflower seeds
- 150 ml Low-Fat milk, lukewarm
- 40 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 tsp Honey liquid
- 30 ml Sunflower oil
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly. Mix the honey in the milk with water and knead together with the flour mixture and the oil. When the dough comes off the edge, take it out of the bowl and knead into a smooth loaf on a floured surface.
- Rinse the Ultra with cold water, put the loaf in it and place the closed saucepan on the second level in the cold oven. Bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave the bread in the open pot for at least 10 minutes. When it comes off the bottom, take it out of the pot and let it cool on a wire rack.
