Ice Cream: Vanilla Ice Cream

- 3 Eggs
- 100 g Sugar
- 200 ml Cream
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 shot Vanilla syrup
- 1 Vanilla stick
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy, then add the milk and whip over steam until you can peel it off into a rose. Scrape out the vanilla stick and add.
- Whip the cream until semi-stiff and fold into the mixture. Add syrup to taste and freeze in the ice cream maker.
