Ice Cream: Vanilla Ice Cream

The perfect ice cream: vanilla ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Eggs
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 shot Vanilla syrup
  • 1 Vanilla stick
  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy, then add the milk and whip over steam until you can peel it off into a rose. Scrape out the vanilla stick and add.
  2. Whip the cream until semi-stiff and fold into the mixture. Add syrup to taste and freeze in the ice cream maker.
