Salmon in Lemon Sauce with Jasmine Rice
The perfect salmon in lemon sauce with jasmine rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Salmon and rice
- 400 g Basmati rice
- 4 piece Salmon fillet
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter

- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 100 ml Cream
- 1 piece Lemon
- 1 pinch Lemon pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Salt, pepper, fry the salmon fillets in butter and keep warm in aluminum foil.
- For the sauce, add a little more butter to the frying fat. Stir in the flour and deglaze with cream.
- Bring to the boil a few times. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and lemon pepper.
