Salmon in Lemon Sauce with Jasmine Rice

The perfect salmon in lemon sauce with jasmine rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Salmon and rice

  • 400 g Basmati rice
  • 4 piece Salmon fillet
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter

sauce

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 1 pinch Lemon pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Salt, pepper, fry the salmon fillets in butter and keep warm in aluminum foil.
  2. For the sauce, add a little more butter to the frying fat. Stir in the flour and deglaze with cream.
  3. Bring to the boil a few times. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and lemon pepper.
