Fjandi’s Tomato Butter
The perfect fjandi’s tomato butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Butter at room temperature
- 400 g Tomato paste
- 2 Toes Garlic
- 1 Handful Chives fresh
- 1 Handful Fresh basil
- Pepper
- Salt or herb salt
- Sweet paprika
- 1 Shot Olive oil
- First, puree the garlic, chives, basil, a dash of oil and two tablespoons of soft butter in a bowl. If you don’t have a hand blender just cut / chop everything very small 🙂
- Add the “green butter” and the tomato pulp to the rest of the butter and mix everything together well. Season / season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
