Tomato and Basil Butter

The perfect tomato and basil butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Butter
  • 1 bunch Chopped basil
  • 6 dried Tomatoes
  • 1 Fresh garlic
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • Sea salt, chilli, pepper
  1. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and let them steep for 10 minutes. Drain the water and dry the tomatoes well. Mix the softened butter with the chopped basil, garlic, onion and tomatoes in a lightning chopper. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chili powder.
