Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Butter at room temperature
  • 400 g Tomato paste
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 handful Chives fresh
  • 1 handful Fresh basil
  • Pepper
  • Salt or herb salt
  • Sweet paprika
  • 1 shot Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • First, puree the garlic, chives, basil, a dash of oil and two tablespoons of soft butter in a bowl. If you don't have a hand blender just cut / chop everything very small 🙂
  • Add the "green butter" and the tomato pulp to the rest of the butter and mix everything together well. Season / season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
