Casserole from Holiday Leftovers …
The perfect casserole from holiday leftovers … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Butter for the mold
Leftover from the holidays:
- 2 Potatoes
- 2 Grilled chicken breasts
- 1 portion Spring onions with peas and carrots
- 1 portion Buttered ribbon noodles
aside from that:
- Seasoned pepper
- Salt
- 3 Sprigs of thyme
- 50 ml Cream
- 75 g 4-Käse-Mischung gerieben
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Spread the butter on a suitable casserole dish, place the potatoes in thin slices like a roof tile, season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the chicken breasts into 1 cm wide slices and spread over the potatoes; above the vegetables. Now pluck the zhymian leaves from the twigs – and season again with pepper (salt no longer needs, because the cheese is salty enough.
- Top with the ribbon noodles and finally the grated cheese to top it off, pour on the cream and cook the casserole in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
- A glass of red wine with it ……. Perfect !!
