Noodle Pan with Hunting Sausage and Sheep Cheese

- 500 g Pasta
- 500 g Jagdwurst
- 125 g Ham cubes
- 200 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
- 2 Onions
- 2 Red peppers
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Shot Milk
- 2 Tbsp. Dried marjoram
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot paprika powder
- Cook the pasta in salted water until aldente.
- Clean the paprika and cut into cubes, peel and dice the onions and garlic, cut the hunting sausage into cubes and sauté everything with the ham in the oil in a large pan.
- Drain the pasta and add to the vegetables, season with the spices and stir well.
- Cut the sheep’s cheese into cubes and place in the pasta pan.
- Whisk the eggs with the milk in a container, stir into the pasta pan and let set in the closed pan.
- Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top and serve a salad.
