Noodle Pan with Hunting Sausage and Sheep Cheese

The perfect noodle pan with hunting sausage and sheep cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Pasta
  • 500 g Jagdwurst
  • 125 g Ham cubes
  • 200 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Red peppers
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Shot Milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Dried marjoram
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until aldente.
  2. Clean the paprika and cut into cubes, peel and dice the onions and garlic, cut the hunting sausage into cubes and sauté everything with the ham in the oil in a large pan.
  3. Drain the pasta and add to the vegetables, season with the spices and stir well.
  4. Cut the sheep’s cheese into cubes and place in the pasta pan.
  5. Whisk the eggs with the milk in a container, stir into the pasta pan and let set in the closed pan.
  6. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top and serve a salad.
