Corn Salad with Advent Salmon and Apple

The perfect corn salad with advent salmon and apple recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Lamb’S lettuce
  • 0,5 Apple Elstar

Advent salmon

  • 4 Discs Salmon
  • 1 Orange untreated
  • 1 pinch Cinammon
  • Chopped hazelnuts

dressing

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • Agave syrup
  1. Wash the lamb’s lettuce thoroughly and remove it from the roots, also wash the apple, remove the core and slice it into thin slices. Sprinkle the salmon slices with cinnamon and hazelnuts and grate the orange peel over them.
  2. For the dressing, mix vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper and fold in the mustard. Season to taste with agave syrup (if you like, the agave syrup can also be replaced with orange juice)
  3. Spread the lamb’s lettuce on two plates and top with the apple slices and salmon. Gradually drizzle the dressing over the salad plates. Sprinkle hazelnuts over the salad to taste. Bon Appetit 🙂
