Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Waxy potatoes
  • 3 Onion
  • 1 kg Pig meat
  • 5 Clove of garlic large
  • 3 can Mushrooms
  • 300 g Emmental
  • Beef bouillon
  • Sweet paprika
  • Pepper
  • Porcini mushroom powder
  • Freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Water the Roman pot. Cut the potatoes, onions and garlic into thin slices. First add the onions and garlic to the saucepan, season. Spread the meat on top, season. Then place the potatoes on the meat, season. Finally, pour the mushrooms over with the mushroom water.
  • Place the whole thing in the cold oven and bake covered for 1.5 hours at approx. 170 ° (gas setting 4-5). Remove the roaster, cover with the cheese and place in the oven again for 30 - 40 minutes without the lid.
