Warm Cheese Salad

The perfect warm cheese salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 gr Harzer cheese or hand cheese – depending on the region
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 1 el Caraway-Depending on taste
  • 1 el Dill dry or fresh
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 el Olive oil
  • 2 el Light vinegar of your choice
  • 1 toe Garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 el Water
  • 1 tl Honey
  • 4 slices Ciabatta bread – some olive oil for the mold
  1. I cut the Harz cheese (you can of course also use another firm cheese) in small cubes .. In a bowl, I put the spring onion, cut into rings, given it .. I season with caraway, dill, something pepper..mix briefly … from all the liquids, the honey and the chopped garlic, i propose a dressing, this one
  2. I give it over the cheese and onion mixture .. I also cut the tomato into small cubes and added it to the salad .. I cut the bread into bite-sized cubes .. in a refractory form,
  3. coated with olive oil, laid and baked at 170 degrees, with convection until crispy .. last but not least, I mixed the warm bread with the mixture to a salad ….. delicious !!!!!!!! with red wine even more delicious …
