Ingredients
- Filling
- 100 g Gouda cheese
- 50 g Goat cheese
- 1 Chopped onion
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 tsp Marjoram
- 500 g Minced meat
- 1 bunch Parsley
- Dough
- 150 g Low fat quark
- 1 Egg Whites
- 6 tbsp Milk
- 6 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 300 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- -
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 tbsp Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cheese to sprinkle or top
Instructions
- 1) Preheat the oven to 200C
- 2) First make the filling. To do this, cut the cheese into small pieces and mix with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 3) Mix all ingredients for the dough and a little salt. Roll out the dough and brush with the filling. Roll them together and cut the length into approx. 5cm thick slices.
- 4) Grease a tray and place the pieces on it. Press it flat.
- 5) Mix 1 tablespoon of me with egg yolk and spread on top. Put grated cheese on top and bake for 35-40 minutes
