Penne with Paprika
The perfect penne with paprika recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 80 g Leek
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 300 g Red peppers
- Salt
- Pepper
- 350 g Penne
- 3 tbsp Chives
- Cut the leek into small slices and sauté with the olive oil in a pan. Deglaze with a sip of water. Cut the paprika into strips and add to them. Season to taste with salt and pepper and simmer for a few minutes (until the paprika vegetables are soft). Add chives cut into rolls (if desired).
- Cook the pasta in salted water “al dente” according to the instructions on the package. Drain and mix with the paprika vegetables.
- If you want it nice and colorful, you can of course also mix yellow peppers with the red.
