Penne with Paprika

The perfect penne with paprika recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 80 g Leek
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 300 g Red peppers
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 350 g Penne
  • 3 tbsp Chives
  1. Cut the leek into small slices and sauté with the olive oil in a pan. Deglaze with a sip of water. Cut the paprika into strips and add to them. Season to taste with salt and pepper and simmer for a few minutes (until the paprika vegetables are soft). Add chives cut into rolls (if desired).
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water “al dente” according to the instructions on the package. Drain and mix with the paprika vegetables.
  1. If you want it nice and colorful, you can of course also mix yellow peppers with the red.
