Leo’s Cabbage – Sausage – Pan
The perfect leo’s cabbage – sausage – pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g White cabbage
- 2 Onions
- 3 Carrots
- 250 g Meat sausage / city sausage
- 2 tsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt pepper
- Crème fraîche for serving
- Cut the onions and cabbage into strips, peel the carrots and cut into wedges or slices. Cut the meat sausage into slices and brown in oil on each side.
- Melt the butter in the pan, add the vegetables and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat. Pepper with salt, cover again and cook for 5 minutes. Mix the meat sausage with the vegetables and heat again. Serve with crème fraîche.
