Leo’s Cabbage – Sausage – Pan

The perfect leo’s cabbage – sausage – pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g White cabbage
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 Carrots
  • 250 g Meat sausage / city sausage
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt pepper
  • Crème fraîche for serving
  1. Cut the onions and cabbage into strips, peel the carrots and cut into wedges or slices. Cut the meat sausage into slices and brown in oil on each side.
  2. Melt the butter in the pan, add the vegetables and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat. Pepper with salt, cover again and cook for 5 minutes. Mix the meat sausage with the vegetables and heat again. Serve with crème fraîche.
