Ingredients
 

  • 1 kilogram Savoy cabbage
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 2 piece Fresh onion
  • 3 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth hot
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 500 g Westphalian coarse sausage

Instructions
 

  • 1. Remove the first leaves from the savoy cabbage. Quarter the savoy cabbage, cut out the stalk, wash the cabbage, drain and cut into small pieces. Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Peel and dice the onions. 2. Melt rapeseed oil in a saucepan, sauté the onion cubes until golden. Add the savoy cabbage and let it cook for a short time and season with salt and pepper. 3. Add the potato cubes, pour in the vegetable stock and stew for 25 minutes with the pot closed. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 4. Cut the sausage into slices, put it in the stew, let it get hot and then the delicious stew is ready
