Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 80 g Dried chopped cranberries
- 30 g Chopped pistachios
- 30 g Chopped almonds
- 200 g Marzipan paste
- 50 g Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Separate the egg.
- Knead the cranberries, pistachios, almonds, marzipan, egg yolks and powdered sugar.
- First shape the dough into rolls, then into croissants.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with egg white.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 5 - 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Let cool on a wire rack.
