- 3 kitchen-ready Pegs
- 1 cups Cream
- 2 cups Natural yoghurt
- 1 half Cucumber
- 1 half Apple
- 1 half Onion
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Mix the cream with the yoghurt, season with salt and pepper, cut the herrings in half, place in the sauce and let stand for a few hours.
- Cut the cucumber, apple and onion into small pieces, then add the cream herring, season if necessary and let it steep again.
- We had jacket potatoes and a green salad with it.
