Vegetable Rice with 2 Kinds of Fish in Cream Lettuce Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Basmati rice
  • 150 g Vegetables..frozen. Here broccoli, carrots, cauliflower
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 2 Salmon fillet
  • 2 Cod fillet
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 1 tbsp Dill
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Lemon pepper
  • Plant cream

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rice in the vegetable stock for 10 minutes. Then add the vegetables and bring to the boil once, remove from the stove and let stand, pour over a sieve for about 10 minutes, add the butter and let it melt while stirring.
  • Heat the vegetable cream in the pan, gently fry the fish on both sides, add the cream, season with the spices, add the dill and remove from the stove and add the lemon juice / do not let it boil anymore, sometimes the cream and lemon curdle)
  • Serve the vegetable rice with the fish and the sauce, the vegetable rice is super delicious ..... was such a spontaneous idea ...... worth trying
