Ingredients

  • 1 cup Double cream cheese
  • Milk as needed
  • 4 Bismarck herrings
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 8 Date tomatoes
  • 1 small Chopped onion
  • 1 stem Grapes-Seedless-Fresh

Instructions

  • Put the cream cheese in a bowl and mix with enough milk that the sauce is not too thin. Cut the bismarck herring into large pieces and add to the cream cheese sauce.
  • Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthways, scrape out the seeds and slice. Wash the date tomatoes and cut in half. Pluck the grapes from the stalk, wash and halve. Now add the vegetables, grapes and chopped onions to the fish and everything
  • Mix well together. Season well with salt and pepper from the mill, add the bay leaf and then the whole thing should steep for a good 2 hours. Stir every now and then, season to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning.
  • In addition, there was completely unspectacularly simple jacket potatoes - a quick Monday meal
