Trappers potato and Apple Pizza
The perfect trappers potato and apple pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Cooked potatoes
- 250 g Flour
- 50 ml Milk lukewarm
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Edition
- 80 g Salami
- 80 g Cooked ham
- 200 g Apple
For the casting
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 piece Garlic cloves
- 0,5 piece Chilli red fresh
- 2 tablespoon Chopped herbs – here oregano, parsley, thyme
- 50 g Fresh tomatoes
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon Pesto Rosso Tomato Basil
- 200 g Processed cheese
- 1 piece Egg
- Pepper, salt and paprika
- A round form 30cm Q, fat for the pan, oil for frying
- Mash the potatoes well with a fork. Knead into a dough with the flour, the lukewarm milk, the dry yeast, the sugar and the salt. Cover and let rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes.
- Make the cast in time. To do this, cut the onion into small cubes and chop the garlic and the chilli and herbs. Dice the tomatoes. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion, the garlic and the chilli, add the tomatoes and the pesto and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the broth and sprinkle with the herbs. Bring to the boil and then reduce the heat. Add the cheese and let it melt. Stir in the egg and season to taste with pepper, salt and paprika.
- Cut the ham into strips, peel the apples and also cut into strips. If the salami slices are very large, also adjust them to size.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees – top / bottom heat Grease the form and spread the dough on it. Pull up a small edge. Cover the dough with the boiled ham, salami and apples. Then pour the topping and bake everything for about 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
