Ingredients
- 4 Waxy potatoes
- 2 Fresh onions
- 3 Apples
- 200 ml Whipped cream
- 2 Eggs
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Oil
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- 200 g Feta cheese
Instructions
- Boil potatoes with their skins in salted water. Peel and cut into slices while still warm.
- Halve the onions, cut into wedges and sauté in hot oil.
- Halve the apples and cut into slices.
- Layer apple slices, potato slices and onions alternately in two casserole dishes. Dice the feta and sprinkle on top.
- Whisk the egg and cream together, season with salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme. Pour the mixture into the baking dishes
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
