Crispy Chocolate Break
The perfect crispy chocolate break recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Whole milk couverture
- 100 g Donated almonds
- 200 g Chopped hazelnuts
- 100 g Crunchy oatmeal
- 200 g Cornflakes
- Mix the almonds, hazelnut kernels, oat flakes and cornflackes in a large bowl
- Roughly chop whole milk couverture and melt in a water bath
- Tip the melted chocolate over the other ingredients and mix well
- Spread everything over a large area on a baking sheet
- approx. Let it dry for 30 – 40 minutes in a cool place
- Now break the chocolate plate into small pieces
